Gizby takes your privacy seriously. We have created this page to clearly identify what Gizby will and won't do with the information that is collected on the site.

This Privacy Policy covers Gizby's treatment of personally identifiable information that Gizby collects when you are on the Gizby site, and when you use Gizby's services. Information Collection and Use

Gizby collects personally identifiable information when you use certain Gizby products or services, when you register for an Gizby account, when you subscribe to a Gizby newsletter, when you visit Gizby site pages, and when you enter promotions. Gizby may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

Gizby also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Gizby cookie information and the page you requested. Gizby uses information for three general purposes: to customize the content you and your survey participants see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

Gizby may set and access Gizby cookies on your computer. Gizby may allow other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Gizby's cookies. Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information

Gizby gives you the ability to edit your Gizby Account Information and preferences at any time. You may request deletion of your Gizby account by sending an email to Account-Remove@Gizby.com. To protect and validate your identity, the email must come from the email address on file for the account.

Security

Your Gizby Account Information is protected for your privacy and security. Gizby operates a secure data network protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. In addition, we backup member data files immediately on redundant hard disks, and regularly to tape backup systems. Access to servers containing personal information is strictly controlled and limited to certain individuals within Gizby. Our internal security policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Gizby may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
